Bellmont High School’s Brave Generation show choir was founded in 1967 by Helen Haubold.  The Brave Generation also known at “BG’s” currently consists of 27 male and female choir members , 4 technical crew members and 7 instrumentalists.  They are directed by Ric Geist , Connie Garner and choreographed by Zac Weidler. In celebration of the 40 years Brave Generation has been around this year their show is titled “In the Beginning..” It features music and costumes from the first decade of the show choir’s existence.

BG’s latest accomplishments include Grand Champion Show Choir and Best Instrumentals at the Dekalb competition, and 1st runner up at Southern Wells.  The Ladies show choir  ”L.E.G.S”  from Bellmont High School received Grand Champion at Southern Wells.
