I was sitting at home watching tv when all of the sudden we lost power and I heard the wind picking up. I stepped outside to see some of the highest winds I’ve seen pass through the area in a long time. Where I live there wasnt a lot of rain or hail but the winds were incredible. General Electric one of America’s oldest and largest companies announced it is looking to sell its appliances business.  They have hired Goldman Sachs to conduct the auctioning of the long standing part of the General Electric Company.  General Electric left the Decatur, In facility many years ago but still has a pretty large presence in the Fort Wayne Indiana area.
