Many Decatur Small Businesses participated in a Christmas Open House event over this past weekend. I have recieved an email looking for some feedback from the public in regards to this holiday promotion. Participating in this event were 23 locally owned small businesses that are known by most throughout the Decatur, IN area.

Decatur Daily Democrat Reports On School Board Meeting
I was amazed to find that the Decatur Daily Democrat today published an article reporting that the North Adams county school board is considering firing Mr. Hakes. As most in the area know, Vice Principal Hakes was put on administrative leave after pleading guilty

Vice Principal Pleads Guilty Gets Probation
I just thought I’d let you all know that WANE TV has done a follow up on Chris HAkes and his arrest. WANE TV Channel 15 was the only online source I could find about Chris Hakes after the original arrest was made public.
