Bellmont Braves Capture Indiana State Football Title
Congratulations to the Bellmont Braves in their outstanding football season that ended in a div 3a Indiana State Football title. Bellmont defeated Evansville Memorial 28-14 on Saturday afternoon in front of a huge crowd at the Lucas Oil Stadium home of the Indianapolis Colts.
Bellmont Braves Football Head To State
Last night the Bellmont Braves football team defeated Northwood 35-21 in th 3a Indiana Semi State football game. For the Braves this will be the first time in history that they will be making the road trip to Indianapolis to play indoors at the Indianapolis Colts home field Lucas Oil Stadium.
Bellmont High School 3A Regional Football Champs
Just a week after taking their first ever high school football sectional championship, the Bellmont Braves defeat Yorktown to clain the Indiana 3A Regional championship. Bellmont was trailing by two scores at half time but came back to win the game 25-21. Congrats on another great victory.

Assistant Principal Does The Right Thing
Well the events that have taken place over the last couple of month have finally come to a conclusion. Chris Hakes submitted his resignation at the Adams County School Board hearing held last night.

Vice Principal Pleads Guilty Gets Probation
I just thought I’d let you all know that WANE TV has done a follow up on Chris HAkes and his arrest. WANE TV Channel 15 was the only online source I could find about Chris Hakes after the original arrest was made public.
